We use Jensen's Blue Ribbon Processing located in Fowler, CO for our beef. 

They dry age our beef for 14 days and then cut it up and flash freeze it and then deep freeze it.

When you receive it, your beef will be frozen solid, packed in open boxes about 18''wide X 27'' long.

whole beef= $70.00

 half beef=$35.00

qtr. beef= $17.50

packaging= vacuum packed (paper wrap no longer available)

WHOLES & HALVES=85 cents/lb. hanging weight

 QTRS.=95 cents/lb. hanging weight

(note: there is a 10 cent/lb. increase for processing quarters).

 

BURGER PATTIES. (.50 /lb. ordered)

10 lb. minimum

1/3 lb. or 1/4 lb. patties. Packaged 1 lb. per package.

12 lb. boxes.  A 12 lb. box of 1/3 pounders would amount to 36 patties.

 

GROUND SAUSAGE: $15.00/ 25 LBS.

Must be ordered in 25# quantities.

 

STEAKS.

Boneless steaks= $.05 per pound hanging weight extra.

Standardly, sirloins, round steaks and tenderloins are packaged individually and t-bones and rib steaks are packaged 2 per package.  

Individually packaged t-bones and rib steaks=$.05 /lb extra
