PROCESSING FEES: page updated: 8/2022 We use Jensen's Blue Ribbon Processing, located in Fowler, CO, for our beef. They dry age our beef for 14 days and then cut it up and flash freeze it and then deep freeze it. BURGER PATTIES. (.60 /lb. ordered) 10 lb. minimum 1/3 lb. or 1/4 lb. patties. Packaged 1 lb. per package.
GROUND SAUSAGE: $16.25/ 25 LBS. ($.65/#) Must be ordered in 25# quantities. This sausage is simply some of your ground beef mixed with seasonings and packaged up.
STEAKS. Boneless steaks= $.05 per pound hanging weight extra. Standardly, sirloins, round steaks and tenderloins are packaged individually and t-bones and rib steaks are packaged 2 per package.
