STEERS THAT HAVE BEEN GIVEN ANY ANTIBIOTICS ARE TAGGED AND
WILL NOT BE OFFERED FOR SALE AS GRASS-FED BEEF!!
OUR BEEF ARE NOT GRAIN-FED OR FINISHED!
OUR BEEF ARE BETWEEN 24-30 MONTHS OF AGE AT BUTCHER.
Depending on the winter weather, sometimes the beef need to be supplemented.
When we supplement our grass-fed beef, we use alfalfa.
