I will let you know when we have received your check.
Closer to processing time, I will email out forms to fill out, regarding processing preferences.
After we take your beef to the processor, in the fall, we will receive the hanging weight and then be able to tell you your final payment at that time.
You will then hand us your final check on your delivery date, unless you are picking up your own beef, in which case you will mail us your final payment.
Our GRASS-FED BEEF are available seasonally, corresponding with the end of the warm- grass-growing season.
We process our BEEF at the end of the summer/fall season which allows them to be at their prime, right before winter sets in.
BEEF can be reserved year-round , but butchering time, unless otherwise specified
will begin in September and usually extend into October, while the beef are well finished from the good summer grasses.
