Yes, 2 years is about right. Most of our beef are between 20-24 months at butcher. Grass fed will never marble quite like corn fed beef. But with good genetics and good grass they will marble.
Please e-mail with any additional questions and ask about a sample if you have taste concerns. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. To date we have only received positive words about our beef.

I was wondering how long it takes to get a beef steer finished on just grass, Two years? and how will does the meat marble do the steers grade choice or select? Thanks Brady
